Non-Muslim Residents Distribute Ramadan Porridge

Nee Soon GRC has a long tradition of multi-cultural celebrations. This Ramadan, the volunteers giving out Ramadan porridge in Nee Soon Central included five non-Muslims. One of the volunteers Lewis Yong told Berita Harian: “By donating a little time and energy to help distribute the porridge, I can understand what the Muslim community does during the month of Ramadan and also get to know them better.” He even tried to fast himself, but couldn’t keep it up!....
