Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Manpower for each year in the past five years, how many employees have used the unpaid infant care leave provided under the Tripartite Standard on Unpaid Leave for Unexpected Care Needs.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Home Affairs for each year in the past five years, of the number of cases of harassment or abuse of public healthcare workers while on duty that were reported to the Police, in how many and what percentage of these cases were (i) a stern warning issued, (ii) a conviction secured and (iii) a protection order issued, respectively.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Education (a) whether the Ministry allows the re-employment of teachers with C-grades under the performance management system of stacked ranking for teachers; and (b) if not, why not.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Manpower (a) what is the number of Construction Temporary Quarters in each of the past five years; and (b) of these, what percentage (i) was inspected to ensure they met the requirements under the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act (FEDA) and (ii) did not meet the requirements under FEDA.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for National Development in each of the next five years, how many integrated blocks of flats with both rental and sold units does HDB plan to build.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment (a) whether the Ministry has conducted studies in migrant worker dormitories to assess the adequacy of ventilation in rooms using CO2 samples as proxy similar to studies conducted in MINDEF/SAF accommodations; (b) if so, what are the readings from the CO2 samples; and (c) if not, whether the Ministry will conduct such studies.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Manpower (a) whether catered food for migrant workers living in dormitories must meet the Singapore Food Agency (SFA)’s “Guidelines for Ordering Catered Meals for Functions and Events”; (b) if so, how does the Ministry work with SFA to ensure migrant workers living in dormitories are provided with food in accordance with the guidelines; and (c) if not, what guidelines are applicable to catered food for migrant workers.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth whether the panel of judges for busking auditions can provide auditioning candidates (i) with feedback on their performance and (ii) when candidates are unsuccessful, with reasons for why their audition was unsuccessful.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Home Affairs in each of the past five years (a) how many times has an authorisation for a statement to be recorded in the absence of an Appropriate Adult been sought from an investigation supervisor; and (b) how many times has such an authorisation been (i) granted and (ii) not granted.

Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Health whether the estimated number of annual deaths attributable to second-hand smoke for Singapore based on studies, such as the Global Burden of Disease, has increased over the past 10 years.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Manpower (a) what is the rationale behind the proposal to allow the use of only single-deck beds in migrant worker dormitories; (b) when has this proposal been revised to allow the use of double-decker beds; and (c) what are the reasons behind the revision.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Manpower for each year in the past two years, of the companies adopting the Tripartite Standard on Work-Life Harmony, how many and what percentage provided (a) over and above the statutory requirements for (i) paid or unpaid childcare leave, (ii) additional time-off for employees with young children, (iii) additional time-off for female employees due to pregnancy and childbirth, (iv) paid or unpaid leave for maternity and (v) paid or unpaid leave for paternity; and (b) what are the figures for such provisions for (i) eldercare sick leave and (ii) family care leave.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Home Affairs (a) whether the Ministry is conducting a review on the inclusion of wildlife crimes in the Organised Crime Act 2015; and (b) if so, will the Ministry provide an update of the review and when the review is expected to be completed.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment (a) whether the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) collects data on consumption rate of food items that are not included in SFA’s annual reports or the Singapore Food Statistics; (b) if so, what are these food items or categories of food items; and (c) if not, why are they not tracked.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment how does the Ministry follow up on feedback concerning second-hand smoke at homes to ensure that the issues are resolved other than noting there is no repeat feedback from the same informer.
Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Social and Family Development (a) whether the Ministry has studied the importance of economic connectedness through cross-class interaction between families of low and high socio-economic status in uplifting children from lower-income families; and (b) what specific changes in policies have been adopted to take into account such economic connectedness.
